SCHEDULE A TELEPHONIC CONSULTATION

Persons seeking legal representation with our immigration law firm may schedule a telephonic consultation with Anis Saleh. In order to do so, we request that you complete the following Immigration Consultation Form in full and send it to our office by clicking the button marked "Send Questionnaire" at the end of the form. It is important that you complete the form carefully, truthfully, and in its entirety.

Following receipt of your Immigration Consultation Form, our office will contact you to schedule a telephonic consultation. The cost of the consultation is $100 (U.S.), payable by check, money/wire transfer, or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Kindly note that we will not schedule a telephonic consultation until the fee payment is remitted. If you retain our firm to represent you within thirty (30) days of your consultation, we will be pleased to credit the entire consultation fee toward the cost of your case.
Should you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance in order to obtain a refund. Having a consultation with our firm does not establish an attorney-client relationship.
All information contained in the Immigration Consultation Form and during the telephonic consultation will be kept STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL and will not be released without your permission.
